The Norwegian team is:
Bernt Bjxrnsgaard, Carl Henrik Bjxrseth, Jxrgen Rostrup, Tore Sandvik,
Petter Thoresen, Jon Tvedt, Bjxrnar Valstad
and
Birgitte N. Husebye, Elisabeth Ingvaldsen, Ellen Moen, Ragnhild Myrvold,
Hanne Sandstad, Hanne Staff.

And, yes: Mertesson is in the Swedish team and will run the classic
distance.
